Frequently asked questions
Where our data comes from, how it works, and what happens to your data.
Directly from public registers: the Social Insurance Agency, the Financial Administration, the Commercial Bulletin and insolvency register (IS REPLIK), the Register of Legal Entities, and the Slovak Commercial Register. We don't make anything up or estimate — we just bring together what the state already publishes, in one place.
We check debtor lists and the Commercial Bulletin daily. Supplementary data (VAT ID, Tax ID) weekly — it rarely changes.
No. The service is for informational purposes only. We don't provide legal advice under Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on the legal profession, nor tax advice under Act No. 78/1992 Coll. — legal services (e.g. filing a creditor's claim) are provided by our partner LawZero.
Yes, with data minimization. We look up executives' and owners' names live from the Commercial Register only when checking a single company — nothing is stored in bulk. We deliberately don't collect birth dates either, even though the register has them, because you don't need them to vet a business partner.
Communication runs over secure HTTPS, passwords are never stored in readable form (only hashed), and the app runs on Vercel and Neon infrastructure with standard database encryption.
Yes — in the My Account section after logging in, you can request a plan change or cancellation at any time.
Green: no records in the monitored registers. Orange: the company has debts in the monitored registers — we recommend an upfront payment or shorter payment terms. Red: the company has entered liquidation, bankruptcy, or has multiple warning signals — act immediately.
Manually, you'd need to check 3 different registers in 3 different places, repeatedly, for every partner. The dashboard does this for you daily and automatically alerts you by email the moment something changes — before the problem shows up on your own invoices.
Yes, automatically by email. As soon as the daily check detects a change — a new entry in the Commercial Bulletin, entry into liquidation or bankruptcy, a change in the traffic light color — we send you an alert straight to your inbox. No need to check manually or log in every day.
